Financial Policy

Our office is committed to providing you with the best possible dental care. To achieve this, we need to maintain a clear and efficient financial policy.

1. Insurance Filing:

   • We file dental insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients.
   • Please note that we are out-of-network with all insurance providers. This means we do not have a contract with any insurance companies.
   • While we file your insurance claims, it is important to understand that your insurance policy is a contract between you, your employer, and the insurance company. We are not party to that contract.

2. Patient Responsibility for Payment:

   • You are responsible for the cost of treatment rendered in our office, regardless of any insurance benefits you may have.
   • Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
   • We accept various forms of payment, including cash, checks, and major credit cards.

3. Understanding Your Insurance:

   • We recommend that you familiarize yourself with your insurance benefits, as we will collect the estimated patient portion at the time of service.
   • Any balance not covered by your insurance is your responsibility and is due upon receipt of our statement.
